Custom Channel Letters
What are the benefits of Face-Lit Channel Letters?
Face-lit letters provide the highest visibility for your brand. By making the face of the letter the primary light source, your signage remains sharp and legible even from a distance or in heavy weather conditions.
What materials do you use for your channel letters?
We use premium-grade aluminum for the returns (sides) to prevent rusting and high-impact acrylic for the faces. All our letters are powered by high-efficiency LED modules to reduce energy costs.
How are channel letters mounted to my building?
We offer two main mounting options: Raceway Mounting, where letters are pre-installed onto a metal box that houses the wiring (minimizing holes in your building), or Flush Mounting, where each letter is attached directly to the facade for a sleek, individual look.
Are your signs weather-resistant?
Absolutely. Our fabrication process ensures all illuminated signs are UL-listed and weather-sealed to withstand the Chicago area's extreme temperature shifts and high winds.

Which pixel pitch (P-rating) is right for my business?
The "P" rating stands for pixel pitch (the distance between LEDs). We offer a full range of high-performance screens: P2.5 and P3 are ideal for indoor retail or close-up viewing, P4 and P5 are our most popular all-around outdoor solutions, while P8 and P10 work best for large-scale pylon signs and highway visibility.
What hardware components do you use for digital signs?
We prioritize reliability. Our displays utilize Nationstar LEDs for superior color consistency, Mean Well power supplies for electrical stability, and NovaStar controllers for seamless content management.
How do I update the content on my LED screen?
Most of our systems are Wi-Fi or Cloud-enabled, allowing you to update your pricing, promotions, or videos instantly from a laptop or smartphone.

How large can you print custom banners?
We specialize in massive, large-format projects. Whether you need a standard storefront banner or a giant 16ft × 150ft construction fence wrap, we have the machinery to print seamless, high-resolution graphics.
What other marketing materials do you provide?

Signage Repair & Maintenance
Do you repair signs that weren't built by you?
Yes. If your current sign has flickering LEDs, outdated neon, or structural damage, our team can perform a diagnostic and restore it to full working order.
Can you upgrade my old sign to LEDs?
Retrofitting is one of our specialties. We can remove old, power-hungry fluorescent tubes or neon and replace them with modern, energy-efficient LED modules to lower your bills and brighten your image.
